Priced before
you commit.
We publish our starting prices so you can plan, and the signed proposal always governs. Every figure below is a range we will stand behind before we start — not a number that moves once you are committed.
Why we can price it up front
We are not selling hours
A specification with testable acceptance criteria is what the price is fixed against. We do not estimate how long something might take, because how long is not what you are buying.
What changes the number
Scope and risk — not seniority, not seats, not how many meetings it takes. If the scope changes, we write it down and re-price it before anyone builds it.
What you never get
No surprise change orders on work you already approved. No per-seat licences for our own people. No charge for the meetings that go with a fixed scope.
The engagements
How the money moves
Payments
30% at kickoff, 40% at beta, 30% at launch. You are never paying for a finished thing you have not seen; you are paying as the work becomes real.
Third-party costs
Hosting, model consumption and licences are not in our price — they are charged at cost or paid directly by you. We would rather say that here than bury it in a footnote.
If we are wrong
If we mis-scoped the work, that is our problem inside the approved specification, not a change order on your desk. The spec is the contract, and it cuts both ways.
If you stop
Stop after any stage. You keep everything produced up to that point — the spec, the architecture, the code — on your repositories, under your name.
Or get the free 48-hour prototype first and judge the quality before you spend anything.
